Vintage 80’s handmade dress. Royal blue flower design.

Vintage 80’s sizing. Handmade using size 12 pattern. Approx 18” from armpit to armpit. Loose at waist but gathered together by a sash belt that hooks in the back. Belt measures 32” long. Length of dress from shoulder approx 43”.
