This amazing skirt is a re-worked vintage 1980s dress that I turned into a separate skirt (pictured is the original dress and tag FYI, but the skirt does *not* have the original label) It has an elastic waist and two layers of slightly crinkle-textured 100% cotton fabric. It has very flamenco dancer vibes 💃 No size tag or fabric tag remains on the skirt, but I added a small custom tag to mark the back Model has 30" waist and is 5'4" — skirt is approx a size M Approx measurements: 13" flat waist (17.5" stretched) 34.5" long It's in vintage condition with minor signs of wear, including small marks and loose threads around the hem (pictured) but otherwise perfectly wearable From a smoke and pet free home
