Vintage 80s dress with shoulder pads and tight waist

This dress is just a tad too small for me but I wish it fit! Perfect for 80s party. It’s well made and in great condition except one seam is coming out the back. Easy to fix. I am a size 6 so I would say this fits like a 2 or 4. You can make it tighter with the belt! You won’t be disappointed in the quality, it’s right on the easier and super flattering on the butt. Buttons are fun too.
