Vintage 80’s does 50’s Willi Of California Black & White Check Dress Size 8

Made in USA and so very classic and versatile! Semi-sheer material of cotton (35)/polyester(65) blend. Easily removed shoulder pads are still attached. Stretch elastic waist (easily stretched). Have added a black ribbon as a belt but a thin red belt with red pumps would look amazing! Would also be so cute with a black oversized blazer. Buttons can be left open and dress used for layering as well. The tag is very hard to read so please review all measurements.
