Vintage 80s does 20s cream lace pink flapper drop waist dress Downton Regency

Stunning vintage two piece dress. I’m guessing 80s does 1920s. Base layer is a peachy pink sleeveless slip with a dropped waist (feels like rayon?) Top layer is cream lace with angel sleeves. Fits like a S - shown on a size 4 mannequin. Pit to pit (pink layer) 17.5” Waist flat across (pink layer, measured at drop waist) 17.25” Shoulder to hem (pink layer) 48.5” Hip flat across (pink layer) 20.5” Very good vintage condition.
