Vintage 80’s cocktail dress

Vintage 80’s dress reworked by local designer.. picked up in the same adorable boutique on 16th and Valencia in the city as the last dress also about 15 years ago. Elastic waist can fit xs-m but best on small. Great above the knee length. No tags.
