Vintage 80s blue plaid skirt xs 0 women

This vintage skirt from the 1980s is really adorable and in fantastic condition. Laid flat it measures 13 inches in the waist and fits like an xs/0. No tags but it is a soft linen blend feel to it. Buttons down the front and has cute pockets. Adorable with sneakers or sandals.
