Authentic dress from the 80s. Blue with black designs. V-neck. Pull over. Shoulder pads. Removable sash. Three buttons hold the sash on size extra large would fit is 16 or 18. Size tag is not attached. Please look at measurements. Great for any 80s look. Especially a golden girls.
