Vintage from the 1980s button up black with pastel floral novelty button up Features four plastic black slivery buttons up front, left chest pocket, short sleeves, foldover collar and stright bottom hem. brand Pastels of California Made in the U.S.A good vintage condition Tag was cut off for size but seems to be a medium. i compared it to medium size button up.
