Vintage 80s belted dress (boutique)

So pretty in person. Collared dress. Pocket on the breast. The belt is separate and adorable on its own! No lining in the dress. Unknown material but it feels like viscose and polyester. Would fit a true 2-4 size, maybe a slim 6.
