Features Sanrio character Tuxedo Sam with his seal friend with a present, which Tuxedo Sam hopes is cake. Very clear graphics. Notepad has some damage and is missing some pages. Once had a handle on top, which is now missing. Colored pencils are in good condition with some scuffs, but barely used. Pre-sharpened. Made in Japan, '79, '84, '87.
