Beautiful vintage 80's woven scarf/wrap with fringe. Rich, vivid cobalt blue with stitched design at each end. There are a couple of nubby spots and irregular edges that appear to be a natural part of the woven fibers rather than flaws - see close up photos. Thinly woven material.
