Vintage 80s Wine Taffeta Ruffle Circle Skirt XS-S

Held over since I was 16, finally letting this one go. In Mind by Kirsten Teisner WIne colored taffeta with lighter ruffle detail, zip and button closure. High Waisted. See final photo for how much fabric is in the circle. 24 inch waist, 20.5 inches long. In good condition, all stitching, buttons, and zipper intact. Label says small, but it was the 80s and now that's more XS.
