Vintage 80s Western Cotton Fringed Midi Skirt Front Slit Size 12 (Waist 32”)

Super fun 80s western skirt with a ton of fringe and large silver buttons! Please note that there are two pale marks on the front - see pictures. Measurements: pending Flaws: two pale marks on front of skirt, possibly from being on a hanger long-term? Please note: I wash items in cold water with scent-free detergent (in case you are sensitive to chemicals and scents like me!) and hang them to dry. Unless specified under ‘flaws,’ items are in excellent condition. I do have cats, but they are kept out of the closet and laundry room. Items may wrinkle in transit.
