Vintage 80’s Western Bolo

Vintage 80’s western Bolo. The medallion is a dog (maybe) howling at the moon. In awesome vintage condition. There is a marking on the back side, that says 89 but I can’t make out what the hallmark is. I don’t believe it to be silver. I bought this at an estate sale and wore it myself so I consider it to be Unisex.
