Vintage 80s Tabby of California floral belt dress

Fabulous bold floral print 80s dress with matching belt by Tabby of California. Can be worn without the belt for a more loose fitting look. In good condition, no stains or tears. Measures 20” flat across under the arms, 18” flat across waist (without belt), 42” length. Can fit up to size Medium. Material tag faded due to age, but feels like silky polyester.
