This is a vintage 1980s Breli Originals maxi dress in black chiffon with a pleated skirt. The dress features a lace collar and floral print on a black background. The puff sleeves include shoulder pads. The waist is elasticated. The dress is a vintage size 18 and would best fit a M/L. Please see photos for measurements.
