Vintage 80s Susan Freis Colorful Pastel Dress

Vintage Susan Freis brand. A flowy bright and colorful midi length dress. Has tiered flounce ruffles aling the bottom. Stretched sheering waist band. Puff 3/4 length sleeves. Such a fun 80s tropical floral print. Ruffle detail along the neckline. Has shoulder pads. Made in the USA. Criss cross v-neck style. I showed one way of wearing more of a mini style by tucking the bottom ruffle layer up. The material is super silky 100% polyester. Flowy oversized fit. Really good used vintage condition. This is the perfect vacation summer dress! measurements in pics, 45 inches from the shoulder to the bottom hem. Says size extra small on tje tag but this has alot of room and coukd easily fit up to a large.
