Vintage 80's Stiped Sleeveless Dress Homemade

Fabulous vintage 1980's striped dress. Red and blue striped to half with a blue skirt. Homemade so no tags. The elastic waistband is stretched out as is common with vintage items but easily fixed with a belt. Red belt is included.
