Blue and Black Gorgeous, faceted, black buttons at back and sleeve ends The fabric is very lightweight taffeta and resembles silk, although the fabric tag is missing and it could be another material. It has small imperfections like silk does. Dry clean only. Sleeves are long and puffed. Fabric ruffle inside the sleeves to make the poofs. **THE BELT IS MISSING****. This dress originally came with a belt and is not included. The fabric has NO stretch at all. Union tag is intact but size tag is gone. In my opinion it measures at a modern size 8 or thereabouts. Please check measurements to confirm fit.
