Vintage 80s Silver & Velvet Dress

This is a special true vintage piece from the 80s. And it is so 80s. The shiny silver top has this amazing ruching effect and the skirt is velvet in a pencil skirt style. The back has both a button and zip closure. And there are some truly fantastic shoulder pads. For sizing, the tag says 12, but that’s vintage sizing, so it’s much smaller than that. I’d say if you regularly fit in a size small, you’re good. Medium might be iffy, but I can provide exact measurements if needed.
