Vintage 80s Seafoam Minty Green 2 Piece Pleated Skirt & Peplum Blouse, Romantic, S Beautiful early 1980s 2 piece blouse & skirt by Jerry Silverman. The blouse is a peplum style top with elastic waist, blouson style fit and buttons on the shoulders, with a pleated bodice. Zips down back. Skirt is accordion-pleated A-Line/full style with a zipper at back. This set is made from a matte chiffon type fabric (likely a poly blend) and is slightly sheer. I would recommend wearing a slip underneath. The a couple of the buttons have a slight hint of yellow tinge, but it isn't very noticeable. This is a sweet, romantic set & perfect for a date night, special event or wedding! Freshly laundered.
