Vintage 80s Oops California brand blazer style short sleeve top in rose floral print. Has a peplum hem, puff sleeves, shoulder pads, and a single button closure at front. In gorgeous vintage condition, no flaws! Does have buttons on inside lining that hint it had an attachable collar or second layer. These are not included.
