Vintage 80s Prom Cocktail Dress

Mock neck, black textured stretchy bodice with tiered black polka dot ruffles. Wore this to an 80s themed party and dress was a hit! Very comfortable, zippered back. Measures approximately 15 inches from underarm to underarm and approximately 14 inches waist (when dress is lying flat). Size 7/8 vintage but fits more like size 4. Pet free and smoke free home.
