Vintage Pasta brand made in USA dark blue denim skirt. Size 11/12. 10 metal buttons down front, has belt loops, pockets in front. Right pocket has a key pocket. It is a maxi on a short person but would be a midi if you are tall. 16" across waist and 36" long.
