Vintage 80's M brown velvet short sleeve belted midi dress! By Melissa petites. Pretty soft brown color. Soft velvet. High v-neckline. Longer short sleeves with a teeny bit of puff at the shoulder. Comes with a matching velvet dark red and blue fully adjustable belt. Neckline has dark blue trim. The elastic in the waist is shot but the fully adjustable belt makes it not noticeable when worn. It costs around $10 extra to have new elastic that my seamstress can out in but I will leave that up to the buyer. Wonderful. Has been washed. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡ Measurements: Pit to pit - 18 1/2 inches across. Waist - 16 1/2 inches across. Elastic is shot. Has fully adjustable velvet belt. Hips - 21 inches across Length from shoulder to hem - 37 1/2 inches.
