Vintage 1980s shift dress with removable tie at waist by Lillie Rubin. Turquoise genuine leather suede material. Removable suede belt/sash. Removable shoulder pads. Tulip slit hem at both sides. Labeled Size 10, but fits slightly smaller. Please see measurements below. Appx measurements: 44” length 19” waist 21” pit to pit Condition is very good.
