Vintage 80s Lee Denim Skirt

The first two pictures are in natural light, the rest of the pictures are under artificial light, but the skirt is a really dark blue. Measurements are absolutely needed here, it says size 16 but the waist is really narrow. There is a slight faded area on the back and I tried to include this in that picture. Is either considered a pencil skirt or an A-Line although it doesn’t seem to fit the true definition of either.
