Vintage 80’s Joan Sparks silk blend dress

Flattering slightly gathered shirtwaist by popular 1980’s designer Joan Sparks for Daniel Barrett. Full sleeves with soft shoulder pads taper to slim bracelet length and faux buttons. Open V-neck and tucked front is mirrored in back pleats. Two hidden side seam pockets. Obi style self fabric belt is reversible from golden taupe side to a rose and red side. Best guess is that it is a silk acetate blend Measurements laid flat. Waist 12” pit to pit 18” sleeves 21” long. Waist to hem 28”
