Vintage 80’s Handmade Velvet Skirt Suit

Handmade skirt and blazer set. Midi length a-line skirt with small side slit. Button and zipper on side. Blazer has lapels and one button front closure. Nice darting detail in back as well as slightly puffed sleeves. Both the blazer and skirt are fully lined. Lovely brown velvet fabric with subtle print. This looks like it was made for someone, so there are no labels. I’d size it at a ladies M-L. Measurements: Jacket sleeve 20.5”, pit to pit 20.5, jacket length 21”, waist 30”, skirt length 27”
