High-waisted with zipper/2 snap button closure, and inner lining. Made of genuine leather with nylon lining. Vintage size 4 but fits like a modern size 0. See measurements for fit. Measurements laying flat in inches approx: Waist 12 (no stretch) Hips 17 Length 20 Back Kick Pleat 4.5 Few minor imperfections in fabric (see pics), but overall in good vintage condition. No trades.
