Vintage 80s Glam Periwinkle Drop Waist Formal Dress

Vintage 80s glam periwinkle party dress by Collections. Has a 1920s flapper style. Features beautiful silk base with floral print, beaded accents, ruffled peplum and tulip skirt. Has internal shoulder pads. Simple beaded trim along the sleeves and neckline and more intricate floral beaded design along the drop waist. There are a couple minor marks on the dress and a section of the flowers with loose beading. Tagged size 10, but runs smaller. This dress has no stretch. CONTINUED IN COMMENTS
