Vintage 80's Gillian Royal Blue & White Polka Dot Ruffled Hem Silk Sheath Dress

Like new, gorgeous vintage 1980's, royal blue butterfly patterned silk (see next to last photo) brocade sheath dress with white polka dots from Gillian. Dress has 3/4 sleeves, gorgeous statement making triple ruffled hem, tacked in shoulder pads that can easily be removed, and long hidden back zipper. It has princess seaming down both sides front and back for shape, and looks good as is or you could add a belt for a more defined shape. Bust 19, waist 16, hips 20, length 39 inches.
