Vintage 80s French Floral Toile Dress

Vintage 80s navy blue & white French floral toile pattern dress by Lisa Petites with peplum detailed waist and beautiful lace bib neckline. It has puff sleeves with shoulder pads, zipper back from booty to waist with 5 large blue buttons up the back. Dress measures 18” from pit to pit. Waist measures 12” across but stretches to 14” with the elastic waist. Waist to bottom of hem measures 28” long. Perfect dress for the Spring and Summer to dress up with open toe sandals and a blazer. Or dress it down with a pair of sneakers or ballet flats and a denim jacket.
