Vintage 80's Floral Long Sleeve Accordion Pleated Sailor Collar Prairie Dress

This is a vintage 80's prairie dress with a floral print and a sailor collar. The collar is see-through and lacy, with a matching floral bow. The dress is light blue with various shades of pink blossoms. The dress has long sleeves with button cuffs. The bodice has a built-in tank top lining, but the fabric does not stretch.
