Vintage ‘80s David Hayes Red & Black Blouse w/ Bow

This lovely vintage ‘80s red and black blouse with matching detachable bow was made by David Hayes, an influential designer who created looks for First Ladies and celebrities over his decades-long career. Measures 19 1/2 inches underarm to underarm, 14 inches underarm to bottom hem, sleeves measure 23 1/2 inches shoulder seam to hand. There isn’t a size tag, but it fits like a modern Women’s Medium / Large. Minor condition note (last two photos) - a previous owner replaced the front bottom button with a non-matching button, but I discovered an extra button attached to the inner lining of the blouse which can be used to replace the mismatch.
