wewillrock @elainasteinly it’s larger. A line type. So I’d say larger than waist. I’ll measure as soon as I get home this afternoon

wewillrock @elainasteinly apologies, I truly just forgot to reply to thai question. . Positioned my hip area, 8-9 inches below the waistband is 34” , the bottom hemline is 36. This is a full skirt. (We had my brother in law memorial with lots of family before & after)
