This Vintage 80’s dress is by Leslie Fay! Colorblock. Patchwork. Front button bodice with embellished crest medallion buttons. Shoulder pads to flatter your figure. You can take them out if you prefer. Elastic waist with detachable belt with metal hardware. Pleated skirt. Plisse skirt. Size tag says Size 14 Petite. This is Vintage, therefore, fits more like Size M. Model is not Petite. Waist expands to approximately 20 inches flat lay. Great condition. Please see photos for measurements.
