Vintage 80s Bold Floral Puff Sleeve Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @amandadaisies. Bright and fun vintage dress with floral pattern. Gained weight so it no longer fits me :( please see last photo for measurements from original seller. the dress is tiny and has almost no stretch. I had it shortened by about 3 inches. I am 4’ 8” and the alteration still made it a midi length for me.
