Vintage 1980’s unique blue print flowy skirt. This skirt is edgy and stylish. Trumpet style-half of skirt goes in through the hips and extends throughout rest. Excellent vintage condition with no flaws. Elastic waist. Measurements laying flat Marked as a (vintage) size 14 but measurements are a size 8.
