This is a vintage 1980s blue ball gown dress with layered ruffles, made of polyester material. It has a Cinderella-style and a Victorian look, perfect for a party or prom occasion. The dress is a regular size with a chest size of 34 and a waist size of 26, fitting a size 5/6. It was made in the United States and is an original piece.
