Vintage 80s Black Velvet White Lace Little Girls Dress Pink Rosette ILGWU

Beautiful little 80's era vintage special occasion dress. Black velvet with a white lace collar and what looks like a handmade/sewn on after production pink ribbon rosette. It's tagged a size 3T but to be safe I've categorized it under 2T because it seems small compared to modern toddler sizing. Two buttons on the back and no stretch. Perfect condition except for the super grabby texture of the velvet material. I've gone over it with a lint remover multiple times and you'll likely have the same issue that the fuzz will not be fully removed. Still, it's a deep black and the fuzz isn't typically noticeable.
