Vintage 80's Belted Dress

Classy Vintage 80's Belted Maxi Dress Donna Morgan for Nonstop Colors: Neutral pallet with Soft creamy browns / tan, Peachy-pink, greens. Features: Big 80's Shoulder Pads, Side Pockets, Buttons up the chest and Zips up the front of the waistband. Belt included. Pleated upper Blouse half and straight line, full length skirt half. Condition: Very good vintage condition. I did find a small mark towards the bottom of the skirt and normal peeling at the waistband (see pics). No missing buttons, zipper is fully functional, belt shows normal signs of wear (see pic). Size: 9/10 Please refer to the measurements below since vintage sizes tend to run differently.
