Vintage '80s Anne Klein MOP & Diamond Face, Shimmery Enamel Goldtone Link Watch

I wish I knew more about watches to be more specific with the description, but here I go! I've had this since the mid-1980s. Anne Klein, MOP face with a diamond at 12:00. Goldtone metal link band with segmented portions next to the face that are shimmery, creamy enamel. The watch includes the original extender link. So it measures a wearable length of 7" with the additional 1/2 extender to make it 7.5" long. It is not running right now. I have worn this (years ago) and then put it away. I assume the battery needs to be replaced? There is no damage, and it was gently worn; it is in like-new condition! Items are from my collections. I live in a smoke-free, kitty-friendly home.
