Vintage 1980s 1990s International Outerwear white windbreaker with a blocked print on the front and back. Pattern features rope, chains, buckles, and metal decor in navy, red, yellow, gold, and white. Zips down the front and has pockets. Elastic might be worn out but otherwise in excellent condition.
