Vintage 80s 90s Little Black Dress with Gold Leaves

Vintage 1980s 1990s LBD by J.S.J. Petites. Velvet and gold metallic leaves across the top. Short sleeves and scoop neck with shoulder pads. Mini length. One small scuff mark that I haven’t tried to remove (see photo). Tag said size 4P. Would best fit an XS/S. Measurements taken lying flat. Bust 16” Waist (empire) 15” Hips 18.5” Length 33”
