Vintage 80's size 5/6 or S/M black long sleeve fringe dress by hearts!! Mock turtle neckline. Fitted bodycon fit. Fringe across the front. Tapered sleeves. Zipper in back of neckline. Cotton poly mix with some stretch but feels like cotton. Cute! Wonderful condition. Happy to answer any questions :) Measurements: Pit to pit - 19 inches across. Waist - 15 inches across.
