Vintage 80'S Bottom Ruffle Tie Wrap Dress Taurus II Secretary. This unique 80's dress by Taurus II is deepy navy blue with a geometric print in white. There is a low hip area sewn in band that ties in the front. I show it worn various ways' from blousened to changing the height of the tie. This is polyester crepe. No size is marked but is estimated to be a small into medium. See measurements.
