madelineread Hi! I’m looking for a size 27 pair that are pretty soft/feel a little more flexible than super rigid 501’s. Can you tell me if these feel soft, or if you have another pair that are softer in that size range? Would love a pair that are easy to bend in the knees :) Thank you 💞

myvintagepast @madelineread Hi. Some vintage Levis are softer than others depending on their wear. However, they are ALL 14oz denim as opposed to thinner 7-10 oz denim which modern jeans tend to be made from. If you want really soft jeans you'd be better off with new ones that contain Lycra. madelineread @myvintagepast I understand that vintage levis are a good solid thickness, just looking for a vintage pair that has softened well. I recently bought a pair of 501’s online and they were not at all broken in and difficult for me to bend my knees in, haha! If you have any that are nice and broken in let me know :)

myvintagepast @madelineread Hi. Many of them are soft especially the lighter ones as their fade indicates more wear. Tag me the ones you like and I'll double check for you. Consider 28" also if you prefer a slightly relaxed fit :)
