Vintage 8 x 10”. Wooden framed fabric print, with embroidered accents, behind glass. Beautiful Godey’s Fashions 1870. Must see to appreciate. Published each month between the 1830's and 1870's, Godey's was a very popular women's magazine that featured poetry, articles, short stories and fashion plates. As the voice of women in pre-Civil War America, the magazine championed women's causes and supported women's rights in regards to education. I have two different Godey prints. I will sell them BOGO.
